Return & Cancellation Policy

 

This is the return and cancellation policy for Three Twenty Two LLC (also referred to as “PSYCLE” or “Company”).

 

Return and Cancellation Policy of Purchased Membership Subscriptions – PSYCLE 

 

PSYCLE membership subscriptions can be purchased by choosing one of the following options: Clinical Membership (monthly), Clinical Membership (annual), Student Membership (monthly), and Student Membership (annual). 

 

All monthly memberships will auto-renew every month. All annual subscriptions will auto-renew every year. 

 

If a membership subscription was purchased, reconsideration of membership subscription is dependent on proof of customer account email, payment confirmation (i.e., Stripe email receipt), and a written statement detailing why the subscription should be refunded and/or cancelled. 

 

The criteria for determining the reason for requested refund and/or return are deemed by the membership specialists of PSYCLE. Each case will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and final decisions are determined by PSYCLE in each case, upon Company’s sole discretion. 

 

PSYCLE reserves the sole discretion in determining the validity and viability of each membership refund and/or cancellation case and will work with you to reach an equitable and fair resolution. 

 

Note: PSYCLE may not send notice regarding an impending subscription plan renewal. 

 

How to get a refund for a subscription plan: 

 

After first purchasing your PSYCLE subscription, you have up to 14 days (i.e., 14 days after your initial purchase) to change your mind and get a full refund. Refunds are eligible (a) for clinicians and student who have not benefited by PSYCLE membership by receiving a client/professional connection through PSYCLE within the initial 14 day period (b) have complied with all PSYCLE terms and conditions, and (c) members who have not benefited or profited off PSYCLE in other significant ways

 

After the initial 14 days, no refunds will be issued unless PSYCLE provides an explicit exception. Refunds will result in membership cancellation unless PSYCLE provides an explicit exception.

Users may cancel their membership at any time. When a user cancels a membership, they will be billed for the remaining duration of the monthly/annual invoice cycle unless PSYCLE provides an explicit exception.

After cancellation, your profile will be immediately removed from our directory and your account will promptly be disabled.

If you would like to submit a claim to have your membership refunded, please email info@psycle.clinic with questions and your statement of intent. 

 

Refund of PSYCLE Marketing Services

PSYCLE Marketing Services are herby defined as (a) a PSYCLE job posting listing, (b) a PSYCLE clinical retreat listing, and (c) a PSYCLE clinical training listing. 

 

All Marketing Services operate on a single purchase basis, meaning that there are no reoccurring payments for Marketing Services (i.e., no month-to-month or annual subscription fees). 

 

If a Marketing Service was purchased, reconsideration of a Marketing Service is dependent on sending PSYCLE an email detailing the posting/listing in question, payment confirmation (i.e., Stripe email receipt), and a written statement detailing why the purchase should be refunded and/or cancelled. 

 

You have 7 days to request a refund of a PSYCLE Marketing Service. 

 

The criteria for determining the reason for requested refund and/or return are deemed by the Marketing Service specialists of PSYCLE. Each case will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and final decisions are determined by PSYCLE in each case, upon Company’s sole discretion. 

 

PSYCLE reserves the sole discretion in determining the validity and viability of each Marketing Service refund and/or cancellation case and will work with you to reach an equitable and fair resolution. 

 

After refunding, your listing/posting will be immediately removed from our website.

Discounts and Promotion Codes:

 

If you use a discount code at checkout, know that discount codes may vary in (a) length of time they are applicable, (b) duration of time they are applicable, and (c) item to which they are applicable. 

 

Unless specifically stated, discounts do not auto-renew.  

 

Unless otherwise noted or posted publicly on the PSYCLE website, promotional codes are to be used only by users who are given express permission to use such codes. Violation of the limitations and use restrictions of discounts and promotion codes will cause (a) PSYCLE to charge you full price on purchases of subscriptions and services for which a discount or promotional code was wrongfully applied to, (b) PSYCLE to revoke your use of any promotional codes in the future, and (c) PSYCLE to review your membership and account details to reevaluate your status as a good-faith and in-good-standing customer. 

 

Discounts and promotion codes cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. You cannot retroactively apply discount codes or promotion codes to previous purchases.  

 

PSYCLE reserves the right to make a discount or promotional code inactive or to deactivate a discount or promotional code on the date of expiration or an earlier date if PSYCLE decides.
